Color, composition, and form are all essential for collage. A collaged ox presents an exciting experience which balances spontaneity with technical construction.
During several of the nine years I taught in the Art Department at Georgian Court College, I produced a body of prints, some of which I will destruct exploring images of reconstruction for collage.
For my ox, I used a black acrylic paint for the background, polyurethane glue to adhere the paper to its surface, and the Golden’s MSA.
